Tina LePera Fournier has, over the course of her 28 years on the island, worked in many of the islands' finest restaurants, including being the head chef of the original Bartlett's Farm kitchen. She is accustomed to cooking in all sorts of environments from friend's kitchens to private catering and large special events. Combine this collection of experiences with her teaching skills (M. Ed) and you know you will walk away from this class with great ready-to-use skills to create yummy food for you and your family.
We are thrilled to have Tina join us again to teach this exceptionally useful cooking class.
With a small class size of ten, there will be plenty of individualized attention.
When the market closes, the kitchen will be open to welcome you to this hands-on class. You may bring your own knives if you prefer, but we will provide knives to use.
Tina will spend two hours with you guiding and teaching. Your class will then migrate to the Hayloft to sit and enjoy the meals you created. You may BYOB for the dinner after the class.
Class begins at 6pm.
$65 per person
