Every 2 months or so, we will be hosting an educational event focusing on the specific wine and cuisine that make each region of Italy special and unique. This is an exciting opportunity to not only taste what each region has to offer, but also learn about its rich history, and why these foods and wines prosper in these specific regions.

Executive Chef Geo Dodig and Sommelier Lee Minnucci will be working together to bring an eclectic offering of the best cuisine representative of each region, paired with the great wines that prosper there.  

In October, we will be featuring the regional wine and cuisine of Emilia Romagna! It will be Wednesday, October 19th, beginning at 5:30 pm. Emilia-Romagna is the culinary center of Italy and any Chef's dream to pay tribute to. It is the home to wonders such as true Balsamic Vinegar (orAceto Balsamico Tradizionale),Parmesan Reggiano cheese, Mortadella, and Prosciutto di Parma--just to name a few. 

We will serve 5 courses, all with sparkling wine pairings and education on both the wine and the food, as well as the culture. Tickets are $90/person (including tax and gratuity).
