Save the Airfare: Trentino-Alto Adige

Every 2 months or so, we will be hosting an educational event focusing on the specific wine and cuisine that make each region of Italy special and unique. This is an exciting opportunity to not only taste what each region has to offer, but also learn about its rich history, and why these foods and wines prosper in these specific regions.

Executive Chef Geo Dodig and Beverage Director Robert Van Thiel will be working together to bring an eclectic offering of the best cuisine representative of each region, paired with the great wines that prosper there.

On Wednesday, February 28th, we will be featuring the regional wine and cuisine of the one of Italy's northermost regions, Trentino-Alto Aidge!

Trentino-Alto Adige is bordered by Austria to its northeast and Switzerland to its northwest, and is also a very mountainous region with the Dolomites and southern Alps throughout. This varying landscape has a great effect on the cuisine as well as the wine, and you can expect to see a lot of German-like influence on both as well in our dinner.
