MSHP Town Hall Gathering
Mount Sinai Health Partners is hosting a virtual Town Hall Gathering on Wednesday, January 25th 6:00 - 7:15PM. During this Town Hall, MSHP will discuss:
- Review of 2023 Clinical Integration Program* and important changes to the program you need to know about
- Q1 Preferred Clinical Activities and 2023 data release schedule
- CIN Contracts Overview for 2023
Please be sure to submit any questions you have when registering for the event. MSHP will have dedicated Q&A sessions/discussions throughout this Town Hall to ensure all of your questions are addressed.

Attendance for this program will also meet a portion of the Program Engagement element within the 2023 CI program. In order to earn credit, you will be required to fill out a survey which will be distributed in an email following the Town Hall.
