Celebrate New Heights with Oakcliff Sailing

Edgy, fun, and unlike any sailing fundraiser you have ever been to. Thanks to our sponsor Adelhardt Construction you are invited to the very top floor of Penn Station. The views are beautiful and unobstructed from the 55th floor, 750 feet above the street. Inside the glass walls hang out with Volvo Veteran Charlie Enright in one room, chat with his co-skipper Mark Towill in another, and rock out with Oakcliff Grad Max Seebeck in his dance party room. Bring your friends, stop in for 20 minutes or stay the whole time. 100% of your ticket price goes to support Oakcliff's Travel and Training Fund, which makes it possible for dedicated graduates to excel into the future.

Prize #1 – Day with the Acorns/Saplings
See first-hand the impact that your contributions are having on the young sailors at Oakcliff in our Acorn and Sapling programs. This prize provides you the opportunity to join us for a day and watch our athletes as they hone their abilities under instruction from top-notch coaches and professionals. Witness directly how your contributions have changed their lives and given them not only the chance, but the knowledge and guidance to pursue their dreams. Dates available between June 15 and August 15. 

Prize #2 –Dancing with Max and Avi
Meet Max Seebeck and Avi Lessman - dancers, sailors, and gentlemen extraordinaire! Enjoy an adventure of dancing, laughter, and who knows what else as these two audacious Oakcliff graduates lead you on a tour of their favorite clubs.

Prize #3 – Catered Dinner for 6 with Dawn Riley on Adelhardt terrace
Take in the unobstructed, breathtaking city views and enjoy a fully catered dinner for six on Adelhardt terrace overlooking the most famous city in the world. Not only that, but you will be joined by an America’s Cup champion, around-the-world seasoned vet, community activist, and one of the best-known sailors in the world - who also happens to be Executive Director of Oakcliff Sailing. Whether you are a seasoned sailor or an enthusiastic landlubber, you get the chance to ride onboard as the "17th man" on any Oakcliff Match Race. No duties, no responsibility, no fear - just experience the excitement from a unique onboard perspective as sails billow, waves crash, and Oakcliff sailors go head-to-head in some of the most competitive racing you can find on the eastern seaboard.

Imagine yourself standing beside some of Oakcliff’s finest as they embark from Newport, Rhode Island on a 635-mile ocean race – destination Bermuda! But forget the seasick nights, the sweaty bunks, and the salty stench. This once in a lifetime opportunity provides the convenience of a safe ride to land just after the initial adrenaline has subsided and the daunting ocean horizon begins to widen. Join our offshore team on Temptation, a 50 foot Kerr, as it sets off on one of sailing’s most fantastic traditions.
