Winemaker's Dinner: Preston Vineyards 

John Franchetti and Preston Farms and Vineyards
join in creating a special fall menu
that will highlight the colors, tastes, textures and essence of fall.

John will use seasonal fruits and produce from Preston Farms to create a uniquely Italian and California  menu to compliment the Preston Wines and the shared commitment of the winemaker and chef for local and slow food.  

Matt Norelli winemaker and Ken Blair will be available to present the wines and to present the traditions and history of Preston Vineyards, a unique Sonoma Winery that embodies the state of the art in combining an estate winery and farm. 

Join us for this enjoyable and intimate evening,
taking a first hand glimpse at the shared passions of a
chef, winemaker and farmer. 
Slow food evenings such as this, are memorable!
 and we will make them a part of our seasonal repertoire of events.
The Menu

First: Sauvignon Blanc

 roasted cauliflower,scallop + shrimp crudo,
Preston persimmon + pomegranate salad.
 
Second: Madame Preston
Buffalo Mozzarella with lime glazed Preston quince

Third:  Barbera
pork cheeks + polenta,
Preston horseradish cream

Fourth: Petite Sirah
veal steak in gorgonzola dulce

Fifth Course: a seasonal desert

Menu plus pairing $88
The menu is available without the pairing at $63.
