Rabbi Uram Next Generation Judaism Workshop 

Rabbi Uram will offer a free workshop for the professional and volunteer leadership of the community.

This HANDS ON workshop will expand on his thinking and focus on Seeding Change from Within: How Theory of Disruptive Innovation Can Be Applied to Jewish Organizations - Using some examples from the business world, we can better understand why it is so hard for establishment organizations to innovate and how to overcome these challenges.  What would it look like if organizations could find ways to run two different "operating-systems"?  One system intended to sustain their current work, and another to stoke the fires of disruptive innovation, finding new models for Jewish engagement and radically expanding the reach and impact of the organization.
