LVASCE June Dinner Meeting
Lafayette FILM AND MEDIA STUDIES (FAMS) THEATER GEOTECHNICAL NIGHT
With it's close proximity to the Bushkill Creek, the construction of the Lafayette FAMS building posed a variety of Geotechnical issues. Join ASCE for a tour of this state of the art Theater followed by a technical presentation by Phil Gauffreau and Ryan Walters of Maser Consulting (Project Geotechnical Engineer) and Ryan Halpin of Whiting-Turner (Project Construction Manager).
Schedule:
4:30 - 5:30 PM - Project Site Tour
5:30 - 6:30 PM - Technical Presentation in the Theater
7 - 9PM - Buffet dinner and open bar at Two Rivers Brewing (542 Northampton St. Easton PA, 18042)
Note: Carpooling is encouraged as parking is limited at both Lafayette and Two Rivers.
