You may register up to 20 singers at a time via this form. 

Register singers here for the 2020 Collegiate Choir.

There is a $45.00 fee for each  singer!                            

You may pay via Paypal by clicking the Paypal link when you are finished, OR, if paying by check, click "Check" to open the mailing address.  If mailing payment - it MUST BE POSTMARKED NO LATER THAN DECEMBER 16, 2019! 

For this choir only, there is an option of the director making one payment onsite for all singers registered. Optional shirts must be paid by December 16, 2019.
