Webinar Series - Effective Online Marketing - 5 Elements of Successful Marketing 

For many small businesses, marketing means having a social media page and maybe a website.  To effectively market your business and its products or services, marketing needs to be much more than that. This series of 5 workshops are designed to develop an effective and unified marketing plan for your small business or nonprofit.

These comprehensive sessions are designed to connect with each other so please make a commitment to attend all of the sessions in order. You will be learning how to create a connected brand, build a website that converts, create 3 months of social content, write blog posts for SEO, and create a welcome email sequence and opt-in for your website.

Workshop 1:  Creating a Connected Brand - (August 26, 2020 – 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM)

Your brand is made up of 3 things, Who/Why you are, what you do, and Who you share it with. It should provide a single, unified image that represents the “face” of your business to your potential customers.  This workshop will cover:

Workshop 2:  Websites that Convert - (September 09, 2020 – 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM)

With your brand established, this workshop will cover how to build a customer-friendly website and the methods to use to measure its effectiveness.

 Workshop 3:  Create 6 months of Social Media in one day - (September 23, 2020 – 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM)

Social presence is the ability to create awareness for your business into a community of target customers.  This takes your content to the next level by translating content information into customer engagement.   This workshop will cover:

Workshop 4:  How to Blog for SEO - (October 07, 2020 – 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM)

Businesses use content marketing to build an audience and to achieve a profitable result. Blogging is one of the easiest and most misused outlets for brand awareness and engagement. This workshop will cover how to create a blog that will help drive traffic to your website as well as:

Workshop 5:  Email Marketing for 2021 - (October 21, 2020 – 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM)

Your brand needs to be a single idea or theme promoted through multiple media channels.  Email marketing is NOT a dead channel. It is very much alive. This workshop will show you how to use it to your advantage with:

  • Creating an Opt-in
  • How to build a list
  • Designing an email campaign
  • Creating a Drip Campaign

Our Presenter is Elizabeth Pampalone:

Elizabeth began her journey into the web design world over 18 years ago.  In 2007, She started her first company, The Jax Computer Chic.  Elizabeth and her husband, Joseph, worked side by side in this company for 5 years and it was their sole income.  As they grew their residential business, she longed to serve the Business Community of Jacksonville.  Elizabeth learned about Business Networking, a new concept to her, and began attending 3 meetings a day of over a year.  She made it her goal to be one of the most recognizable names in Jacksonville, FL.  In 2014, she was named "Queen of Jacksonville Networking" by the Jacksonville Business Journal.  During this time, she led 13 meet-up groups per month for almost 2 years.  Her volunteering with SCORE and OLLI has allowed her to stay connected to the small business community.  She is a frequently requested guest lecturer at the Coggin College of Business (UNF) and a regular speaker at the SBDC and SCORE. Her Pug Obi-Wan keeps her company as she works.  Elizabeth and Joseph love to travel and cruise!
