New York City Bus Trip - Saturday, October 27th


The members of the LCCC Alumni Association are hosting our annual New York City bus trip on Saturday, October 27th. For those that may
be interested, the trip coincides with the PDN PhotoPlus International Conference + Expo at the Jacob Javits Convention Center, 655 W. 34th St., New York, NY. 

The cost of the trip is $35/person and includes your transportation via Martz Trailways and light refreshments. The bus will depart at 8am from LCCC’s main campus in Nanticoke. Upon arrival in NYC, there will be 2 drop off locations - midtown Manhattan and lower Manhattan - exact locations will be TBD. Please note that there will only be one 7pm pick up in midtown at the morning dropoff location.

A few other notes:
  • Registration payment is due within 1 month of registering and must be received by September 1st to hold your seat.  After this date your payment must accompany your registration.
  • We accept either personal checks or credit cards fo payment. Checks must be made payable to "LCCC Alumni Association" and note on the memo line that it is for the bus trip. Payment can be sent to the LCCC
    Alumni Office, 1333 S Prospect St., Nanticoke, PA  18634. Credit card payments can be made at the time of registration or I can bill you via PayPal.
  • There is a limit of 6 seats per employee/alum.

LCCC Alumni Bus Trip Cancellation Policy

No refunds will be issued to anyone who cancels less than 2 weeks prior to the event (October 12, 2018) or is a “no show.”  In the event that there is a waiting list you may receive a refund if the seat is able to be filled.  Extenuating circumstances will be taken into consideration in extreme situations.

All guests are requested to be at the bus pick up /departure locations no later than 10 minutes prior to leaving so we can depart on time.  If you are late we are not able to wait and you will need to find your own transportation home. 

Any cancellations must be in writing by the person who made the reservations and are not effective until received by the LCCC Alumni office.

If a trip is cancelled by the LCCC Alumni Association for any reason, your money will be completely refunded.
