This session will focus on the latest research on the science of teaching reading, including: (1) the components of reading identified by the National Reading Panel, (2) the Simple View of Reading and how it connects to Scarborough's Reading Rope, (3) best practices for assessment for MTSS, and (4) how this all connects to current dyslexia legislation.
