Early Childhood Special Education Preschool ESY Classroom

4-5 year olds

This two-hour Early Childhood Special Education ESY (Extended School Year) FRIDAY only summer camp led by Connie French, ECSE, and a paraprofessional, will focus on small group instruction.  It is an Early Childhood Special Education preschool layout with emphasis on social skills, play skills, pre-academics and language development while focusing on each child's IEP goals or areas of concern. Children must be  able to participate in a group setting with limited behavioral concerns. An IEP is not required to participate. SMALLER CLASS SIZE Maximum class size is 8.

• NO TOILET TRAINING REQUIRED - We are happy to work on toilet training with your child when they are ready.

This will be one of the first class in our NEW CLASSROOM equipt with a children's restroom, sensory play area and fenced in outdoor playspace!  The program is open to all 4-5 year olds in our community and children will be challenged at their developmental level.  The 2-hour class will focus on social interaction, age appropriate play, class routine, language development, self-help skills, music & reading, gross & fine motor, cognitive development and sensory exploration. Parents will drop children for the class and will be working with families and children on separation anxiety.  Children must have limited behavioral concerns. 

Must be 4 years of age

TOILET TRAINING is NOT REQUIRED

Ages 4-5, Max 8 children

$475 for 6-week session

Full refunds will be given prior to April 15th. After April 15th, 50% refunds will be given.
