• Vendors/Providers have the opportunity to network with Hospital Case Managers, Social Workers, and Discharge Planning support staff.
   
• Hospital staff is able to gather resource information over lunch.

11:50am Providers login and receive last minute insrtructions

12pm-12:55pm Event, each provider will have 5 minutes to present (providers can leave after their presentation)

Registration Options:
At this time, registration is only open to Retirement Connection Sponsors. Space-permitting registration will open to the public on August 22nd.

Marketing Materials - $35
Vendors have the opportunity to provide a brochure in PDF format and will have approximately 5 minutes of presentation time with case managers, including questions and answers. There is a $35 registration fee which goes toward a boxed lunch for the Case Managers. There are not door prizes for this event.
