Providence St Vincent Hospital Resource Fair
May 24th, 12:30pm-2:30pm
(Setup/teardown times included, 12:00pm-3:00pm)

Purpose of Event

A win-win-win event...

• Vendors/Providers have the opportunity to share resources with Hospital Case Managers, Social Workers and Discharge Planning support staff.

• Hospital staff are able to gather resources and eduactional information, while obtaining Continuing Education Credits.

• Proceeds from the booth fees will be used to support low income patients in need.

CEU's: 1 CEU credit TO BE approved by CCMC for Case Managers and this is an approved body for Oregon Social Workers. 
 

Resource Fair Agenda

12:00pm Vendors arrive, check-in and set up 

12:30-2:30pm Event, Vendor Fair

2:30pm Door prize give away

2:30-3:00pm Event ends, vendors tear down

Deadlines: CEU CONTENT DUE May 5th TO AMY!!! PDF of Posters and outline of talking points are due May 5th.
