This 3 day/3 night long weekend yoga retreat will be a chance to: relax, refresh, rejuvenate and renew; to connect with your community of fellow students; delve deeper into your practice; let go of stress and emotional tension; and find a deeper connection to the present moment; during a 3 night stay at the beautiful Oak Creek Lodge!

**A trip to the famous Hearst Castle is scheduled for after check out on the final day of the retreat, for those who want to see the castle before returning home. Tours at the castle will be an additional charge.
