Melissa Rhoads Melissa L. Rhoads is a shareholder of the law firm of Tighe & Cottrell, P.A. Melissa practices in the areas of insurance defense, business law, general litigation, commercial transactions, employment law, and estate planning. Ms. Rhoads is a member of the Bar in Delaware and Maryland. She was educated at Wheeling Jesuit University (B.A. cum laude 2003; member of Phi Sigma Tau honor society) and at Syracuse University College of Law (J.D. cum laude 2006). During law school, Ms. Rhoads served as the University Judicial Board Chair for Syracuse University. Ms. Rhoads also served as a Criminal Justice Teaching Fellow for the Syracuse City School District in conjunction with the New York State Attorney General's Office and Syracuse University College of Law from 2005-2006.
Marta Sanon Marta Sanon is an associate attorney at Tighe & Cottrell, P.A and practices in the areas of insurance defense, commercial transactions, and general litigation. Ms. Sanon received her Bachelor of Arts from Georgetown University in 2010 and her Juris Doctorate from Penn State Dickinson School of Law in 2014.
