The new Hilton Garden Inn was recenty built on a bluff
overlooking the $6 billion construction site where 4500
workers are preparing the site and assembling all the process
equipment and piping for this new facility.
The hotel is located about 1/2 mile from the Monaca exit (39)
on I-376, about 10 miles north of the Pittsburgh Airport.

about how this plant is being designed and built.
It has been reported that this is the largest single
construction project ever in Western PA.

About the Speaker
Arthur Bailey is the Technology Manager for this new Shell Chemicals plant and oversees all technical aspects of the design, construction, staffing, start-up and operation of this plant.
He has been involved in this project since March 2016 and is currently completing plans to relocate from Houston TX to the Beaver County PA area.
Mr. Bailey is a Chemical Engineer with 13 years at Shell and previous experience at Exxon and Lyondell.
