All registrants must have a valid driver's license, passport, or state

identification in order to attend. If you plan on driving your own vehicle,

you must have a valid driver's license and insurance.

To attend any in-person events/activities/meetings, the community member must ask themselves the following questions:

 1.  Have you tested positive for COVID-19?

2.  Have any of your family members or others that you have been in close contact with tested positive for COVID-19?

3.  Have you been advised to self-isolate by a healthcare provider?

4.  Do you have a recent onset of any of the following potential COVID-19 related symptoms: cough, shortness of breath, fever, sore throat, muscle aches, loss of smell or taste, or GI issues?

If the answer to any of these questions is ‘yes’, please do not participate.
