Roots: Cork & Fork Festival at Adam Puchta Winery 

This event is about our ROOTS! Roots as a family winery coming together with family and friends. It's about the roots of amazing music, art, and good food. We're excited to be partnering again with our friends at Pappy's Smokehouse. Pappy's is named one of the nations best joints for barbecue. They opened in 2008 and quickly became a nationally acclaimed barbecue restaurant. Pappy's is based out of Midtown, St. Louis. They slow-smoke their meats to juicy perfection and their slow-smoked whole hog is no exception. Their mission is to provide quality, home-style food while making every customer feel like family, so this is definitely a perfect match of delicious foods, wines and friendships. Please join us, along with Pappy's Smokehouse and our 1855 Cellar Bistro as we prepare an amazing meal and wine experience for you to enjoy.  Last year was a sell out and this year is sure to be as well. 

Pappy's will join us with  their signature smoked whole hogs while our Bistro prepares the sides. Plates can be purchased for $15.00, which includes a pulled pork sandwich and your choice of 2 sides or for $10.00 you get a pulled pork sandwich with chips. (Advance ticket purchase recommended but not required. Click on the link below to register). Sides consist of house smoked baked beans, cole slaw, potato salad or chips. It will be a sell-out so don't hesitate! This will be a foodie lovers delight.

Rob Wilson will start the days live music. Rob Wilson will delight you with his musical talent and rock sounds. Wilson will be followed by Country Soul (of King Benny fame) playing a unique mix of Blues and Classic Rock. They do not disappoint!  This is going to be an amazing day of live, ROOTS music, wine, a whole hog roast,   arts and crafts vendors, (all hand made items, hand curated) and more. So plan to spend the day with us!
