Performance Management for the 21st Century
Hosted by Gary Cokins
Co-Sponsored with the Villanova School of Business,
Center for Business Analytics
A recent survey by the consulting firm Accenture reported that most companies are far from where they want and need to be when it comes to implementing analytics and are still relying on gut feeling, rather than hard data, when making decisions.
In the seminar, acclaimed performance management and advanced costing consultant and author Gary Cokins will discuss how firms can increase their bottom line through the integration of analytics with strategy maps, the balanced scorecard, dashboards, activity based costing, customer profitability and value management, performance based budgeting, and business intelligence.
