We are honored to welcome
Yana Stockman
as she shares advice on:
"Overcoming
Self-Sabotage"
Our greatest goal in life is to do the things we want to do, and become the person we want to become. The only limits on what we can do, have, or be are self-sabotage and life transitions. Once we make a clear, certain decision to change our life, and commit to following through, our ultimate personal success is guaranteed. We must discard all our limited beliefs and throw our whole heart into the accomplishment of our goal.
Yana will share how to navigate through life transitions and guide yourself to the successful life that we all deserve.
About our speaker:
Yana Stockman is a Certified International Life Coach with a Masters Degree in Counselling Psychology, certified in NLP and Art Therapy. Her job at Northwood Children Services brought her to Duluth, MN from Ukraine. She transitioned from one continent to another and started her life and career from scratch. She coaches (in 3 languages) clients who are going through life and career transitions. She believes that transition begins with an «end» and ends with a «new beginning». Yana is extensive traveler, and has lived in a several countries, but her "Hallmark" story (when she met her husband in car collision) brought her back to Duluth again. Yana started Classic Ballet at the age of 5 and now dances with Minnesota Ballet and Superior Ballroom Dance Studio.
Yana believes that life produces extraordinary rewards for those who apply continuous effort and commitment. Yana knows there is a powerful driving force inside every human being that, once unleashed, can make any vision, dream, or desire a reality.

Each year, Empowered Women's Network partners with the LSS Crisis Nursery to collect diapers and wipes for the coming year. However, due to their move into the LSS Center for Changing Lives, the Crisis Nursery does not currently have the storage space to collect and store those items.
HOWEVER, they have PLENTY of room for gift cards and cash donations! Therefore, instead of actual diapers, EWN is collecting donations for LSS Crisis Nursery in the form of gift cards to anywhere that diapers and wipes are sold, and cash donations. We will be collecting in November and December.
