Northshore SHRM is the local affiliate of the Society for Human Resource Management serving professionals on the Northshore of Lake Pontchartrain in Southeast Louisiana. The Chapter offers meetings, development, networking opportunities, and community outreach projects.  

NSHRM welcomes all human resource professionals, students of human resource management, as well as business professionals who want to increase their knowledge of human resources. Our members represent diverse business sectors: retail, service, real estate, education, government, health care, manufacturing, banking, and more.

2022 ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP DUES:

Our Membersip is on a rolling calendar year, so no need to wait until January to renew.

Membership dues for the year are:

• National SHRM Member (Membership number required.) - $30.00
• Non-National SHRM Member - $40.00
• Student Member (SELU ONLY, student ID number and promo code required. Email NRHRAmembership@gmail.com for promo code.) - Free

Membership Levels: 

1. Professional 
2. Associate
3. Student 

Our Associate membership shall not exceed 20% of the total membership at the time of application. No Associate Member shall lose membership status or be denied renewal of their membership if the loss of professional members should cause the professional membership to fall below the majority requirement. As a reminder, no member shall actively solicit business from any other member at Chapter meetings without the approval from the Board of Directors.
