a) Select PAYPAL option and THEN select "Pay with a credit or debit card". No PAYPAL account is needed. I have upgraded my PAYPAL membership so that this is allowed.

b) Select "PAY BY CHECK" at time of registration and then Transfer the registration fee to my bank account
