Taking on turn over: Part 1 of a 3 part training for Directors and Administrators 

A training designed for Directors and Administrators to assist and manage the growing problem of turnover in the child care profession.  Based on the "Taking on Turnover", a book written by Marcy Whitebook, we will look at four areas:

1. Defining Turnover
2. The Problem and Processes of Turnover
3. Assessing and managing the effects of Turnover.
4. Making an Action Plan to reduce the effects of turnover.
