Kick off women's history month with us on Wednesday, March 1st for our #WCW Sweatworking series with Total Fitness Revolution! Instructed by Tosha McDade!

ABOUT THE WORKOUTBarre integrates the fat-burning format of interval training with muscle-shaping isometrics to quickly and safely reshape the entire body. The non-impact, one-hour workout uses both the ballet barre and the mat, and targets all major muscle groups. The result is the recognizable Barre body, featuring sculpted arms, flat abs, a lifted seat, and elongated thighs. This workout also requires mental focus as muscles are strengthened and then stretched to create a longer, leaner physique. Join us on March 1st, 2017!

 

All proceeds benefit the Teen Diaries Foundation Inc., a 501(C)3 nonprofit youth empowerment and mentoring organization established to prepare young, multicultural women for careers in journalism, as well as fight the alarming child obesity rates in the United States by making fitness fun, and the Total Fitness Revolution Foundation, whose mission is to empower and improve the lives of youth through sports specific athletic training and academic enrichment programming.
