The Art of Sales

I’m a designer, not a salesperson, you say. But knowing how to sell yourself and your expertise to your customers is the key to any successful business.

Attend our Lunch and Learn and Sally Morse, Interior Designer of HGTV and Director of Creative Services for Hunter Douglas, will demystify the art of selling and show you why someone will buy from you. You will:

  • Discover the characteristics of a good salesperson
  • Learn how to identify customer needs
  • Find out how to ask the right questions, get the budget, handle objections and close the sale
  • Learn how to deal with difficult customers
  • Hear what you should do if you don’t close the sale
  • Uncover the different ways in which men and women buy and how to sell them

This special Lunch and Learn will benefit the Transitional Housing program of Soroptimist International of Poway, a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing housing for battered women and their children.
