Fearless Sales Strategies to Grow Your Business - 9/10/2019 - C0450

Every person is a sales person for the company they represent. AND YET - It may feel scary to talk to unknown people, feeling unsure if your product will interest them, being disheartened when prospects say “no” to your solution. This workshop will help you identify and move past the fear, increase your ease with sales and move to enjoying interactions with potential customers.

  • Engage prospective clients with ease, comfort and fun!  
  • Qualify your prospect list. 
  • Build a sales campaign to warm up cold leads so that prospects respond to your call. 
  • Provide you with multiple tools to motivate and move through sales slumps and celebrate sales closures.

Presenters include experienced SCORE Mentor

Anita Kratka has over 30 years of direct selling experience, leadership of successful sales teams, and is Dale Carnegie Sales trained. She was Director of Sales and Business Development with skills in revenue attainment, relationship-building and program development. Her specialties include: account management, business development, business strategy, marketing, mentoring, and strategic alliances. She has a BA Degree in Economics from  UCLA.

 Workshop Overview:

  • During this workshop we will review the various self sabotaging behaviors and thinking that limit your fun and enthusiasm for what your business offers prospects.
  • We will delve into how to share your product or service with everyone – grasping the mind set associated with this attitude of selling.  As well, we will practice this through comfortable, easy role-playing.
  • We will qualify your prospect list so that you are using your valuable sales time in the most effective way. 
  • We will discuss and design your sales campaign - touches to your prospects via social media, emails and phone calls leading to in person meetings.  Learn how to get people to open your emails, respond to phone calls and take a meeting to present your product or service.

Participants May Want to Bring:

  • Prospects list 
  • Sales scripts (email and phone) – we will help build scripts if don’t have them
  • A personal example of a successful and an unsuccessful sales call (phone or in person)
