Trainer

Terry L. Cross, MSW, ACSW, LCSW, is an enrolled member of the Seneca Nation of Indians and is the founder and executive director of the National Indian Child Welfare Association. He has authored several pieces of curricula, including Cross-Cultural Skills in Indian Child Welfare and Positive Indian Parenting. He has nearly 40 years of experience in child welfare, including 10 years working directly with children and families. He also served on the faculty of the Portland State University School of Social Work.
