Planning and Zoning Workshop 

Planning and zoning creates a guide for your county's future. Join us for an in-depth look at how planning decisions construct and collide with everyday life in your county.

Topics covered: comprehensive plan guidelines, board of adjustment authority, recent changes to zoning laws, permits, subdivision regulations, cell tower rules, land use litigation and more

Classes are from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. local time (in time zone class is held).

Training hours: 8 hours approved for HB 55 for planning boards/professionals
                                 8 hours approved for  HB 810 for county officials training                                                                     3.5 hours approved for CLE by the KY Bar Association 

Class Fee: $75 per person

Payment options:
 Mail a check to KACo Leadership Institute, 400 Englewood Dr, Frankfort, KY 40601           Pay at the door on the day of the class
 Request email invoice sent to the person in your organization responsible for payment

To cancel your registration, you must send an email to jody.litton@kaco.org at least seven business days before the class to receive a full refund. Otherwise, you are still responsible for the registration fee.
