This year's theme, "Powering Possibilities Together", highlights the strength and value of collaboration among AEIC's member companies. With unprecedented legislative and technology challenges on the horizon, we must work together to address our industry's greatest operational needs in order to achieve excellence in all aspects of generation, transmission, distribution, and storage of electric power.

Things to Know
Registration Fee
This year’s registration fee is $650. We will not be hosting any virtual sessions.
Lodging
We encourage you to make your lodging reservations early. If you’re planning to stay at The Hyatt Regency, the cutoff date to take advantage of AEIC’s discounted rate is September 1st, 2022. Reservations made after that date will be based on room type and rate availability. Click here to book now.
Parking and Transportation
Hyatt Regency Scottsdale Resort and Spa is located only 18 miles from Sky Harbor International Airport in Phoenix, AZ. If you're planning to drive to the hotel, self-parking is available for $25, and valet parking is available for $35. The hotel also offers private transportation to/from the airport. Learn more.
Dress Code
The dress code at the Hyatt Regency Scottsdale at Gainey Ranch is resort casual. Attire for AEIC’s Annual Meeting is Business Casual for all events EXCEPT:
- Spouse/Guest Luncheon — Dressy Casual
- Thursday night Awards Reception and Dinner — Coat and Tie and After Five
