Boundary Training Seminars 2017

The Indiana-Kentucky Conference will be offering Professional Boundary Training in the fall of 2017. All authorized ministers (ordained, licensed or commissioned) are required by their associations to attend. Lay church employees and council/consistory members are also welcome to learn more about relationships in the church.

This interactive session will discuss the dynamics of relationships within the church, many of which can be complex. Who has the power? Topics include but are not limited to Covenantal Relationships & Ministerial Duties, Transitions (retirement, changing locations, FT to PT or bi-vocational, etc.), Hospitality & Cultural Competency, Politics & Religion, Self-Care & Ministerial Fitness, etc.
