Because we are committed to the safety of our Conference members, our Board of Directors has voted to have our Annual Gathering virtually. We are excited about this opportunity to engage!

Registration fees this year are $50 and are for all events. Events are scheduled for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, as outlined below.

The anticipated cost of the virtual Annual Gathering is $1000. All money that we collect in excess of the $1000 will be used to fund the continued work of the Conference (for example, our ministries and emergency funds).

All sessions will be conducted by Zoom. Zoom is an online meeting platform that will allow us to present fellowship, workshops, our business meeting, and a Sunday worship service to a large audience. We will soon be providing more information about:

• How to access Zoom
• Best practices for using Zoom
• Links to the individual
• How will voting take place

Once you register, we’ll communicate to you the details for attending the events. We look forward to having us all together for celebration, education, and worship!
