The feedback was clear! Innkeepers want to continue to get together for innkeeper to innkeeper sharing sessions, learning, and some fun. This year, we are expanding our conference, and we will meet the goals of the innkeepers for education, networking and camaraderie.

The conference will have a variety of topics pertinent to innkeeping today. Together with our industry experts, vendor partners, and other innkeepers, we will explore the issues, challenges, and opportunities to enhance the guest experience, grow our business, and be the best innkeeper we can as we balance it all!

PAYMENT OPTIONS - Payment for attending the conference is accepted via check or PayPal with completed registration (click the "Register Now" button at the bottom of this page). If sending a check, simply send the check to the WBBA offices at the address below. You do not need a PayPal account to pay by credit card (via PayPal).

MIDWEST INDEPENDENT LODGING CONFERENCE CANCELLATION POLICY - Should a conflict arise, you may cancel your registration with full refund up to 7 days prior to the conference or October 21st, 2022. After that date, refunds are not possible. You must put your cancellation in writing to the WBBA offices directly at info@wbba.org. In the event of an occurrence that is beyond the reasonable control of any attendee affected and occurs without fault, including things such as "Acts of God", public or private disaster, public health emergencies (COVID), a full refund of registration will be available.
