Registration deposit $50 deposit, non-refundable.

Register by December 4th pay $200, non-refundable

Register after December 4th pay $250, non-refundable

Full payment is due by December 30th, and registration closes when sold out or on December 30th. Yes, you can opt to pay in full now or just pay the deposit now and the rest is due no later than December 30th.

You can reserve a room for the weekend or you can commute to join us each day.  I have a block of rooms reserved for a discounted rate at the Holiday Inn for $89 per night for a single King or double Queen room, includes breakfast.  Creative Escape Event Booking Link. Meals are on your own. Each hotel room has a refrigerator and microwave.  Applebees is across the parking lot, or you can visit any local restaurant, Door Dash, Grub Hub, etc.

The event room is secure for your projects to stay all weekend. The room is locked from 10pm-8am to protect all supplies.

Event registration is non-refundable; supplies are purchased and prepared for you.
