CATT v3.5 Demonstration and Workshop

Integrated Care Workflows in Behavioral Health Settings

This workshop is for both current CATT users who want to see the new functionality offered by our Stage 2 MU compliant v3.5 platform, as well as organizations using other EHRs who are struggling to configure their EHR to handle the CQM reporting, data interfacing and specialized clinical documentation for an integrated care management program.  CATT v3.5 includes the Integrated Care Manager Console (ICM) which is also sold separately as an addon analytics and documentation platform that will interoperate with any current EHR.  This free all day program offers a practical and indepth didactic exploration of the MIS, billing and data reporting requirements for an integrated care program and how to use your own EMR's capabilities to meet those demands.

We will start by covering the MU Stage 2 mandates that must be implemented by organizations with physicians and other EPs attesting for MU incentives.  These new and enhanced areas of Meaningful Use functionality required in 2014/2015 Edition EHRs encompass the areas of patient engagement, interoperability and clinical decision support.  Each of these areas make a unique contribution to integrated care workflows that target client motivation and education, care coordination, informed clinical decisions and improved patient care.

We will be demonstrating care management documentation in the context of an integrated workflow within an agency's broader behavioral health program.  Considerable time will be spent detailing the data reporting and CQM requirements for Ohio Medicaid Health Homes and how our ICM console automates much of this reporting.   We will also cover five of the most often used data interfaces for HIEs, MCPs, between BH organizations and their primary care partners with a focus on how to use these interfaces to facilitate care coordination processes.
