The Federal Small Business Innovation Research and Technology Transfer (SBIR/STTR) programs award over            $2.6 billion in high risk R&D funding annually to qualified small businesses. The process is complex with a steep learning   curve, but the impact of receiving this competitive, non-dilutive funding is worth the effort. In this lunch and learn, attendees will learn SBIR/STTR program basics, including program purpose, eligibility, & local sources for proposal development. The class provides enough information for attendees to determine if they would like to seriously pursue a grant or contract proposal.
