At this session you will gain a general understanding of franchising and the evaluation process from two franchise coaches with The Entrepreneur's Source and a panel of local franchisees who will talk about their own experience with researching and starting their business.
You will learn:
- Franchising 101: What is it? Why is it successful?
- The many industries and options available.
- Types of franchise ownership.
- Franchise research: Steps to take in the evaluation process.
- Are you a good candidate for franchise ownership?
- Funding options/leveraging professional resources.
- Learn from the experience of local franchise owners.
Our Speakers:
Carolyn Tormey is a Business and Franchise Coach with The Entrepreneur's Source. Her background includes over ten years of financial management and business consulting experience. Carolyn is also a counselor for SCORE Fairfield County.
Cindy O'Malley is also a Business and Franchise Coach with The Entrepreneur's Source. Cindy has 27 years of business and management experience.
