A FREE SCORE Small Business Workshop

Co-Sponsored by the Ferguson Library

Without a system of goals our only motivation is survival. Participants in this workshop will use the Technology of Goal Setting to create a real goal for their job or company in one of 8 Key Result Areas.

How to . . .

  • Moving from victim to beneficiary of results
  • Focus on what you want, not what you think you will get
  • Ensure results management vs endless meetings
  • Track with Key Function Indicators
  • Align personal and business goals - mutually inclusive
  • Distinguish strategic vs operational goals
  • Create a cascading or organizational goals system

Speaker: Richard Lewine is Founder/President of RSL Consulting Group, LLC, an organization development consultancy. He has over 35 years of experience working with the leaders of small and mid-size organizations, for profit and non-profit, helping them clarify visions, formulate strategy and create personal and organizational goal systems. Richard has facilitated hundreds of management and leadership development workshops in the Northeast Corridor and is a SCORE mentor.
