Following his graduation from Syracuse University, Bill Kemp co-founded Craven Hill Capital and its affiliate, Amity Lane Realty. The companies focused on value-add strategies for distressed real estate assets, where Bill led the acquisitions and disposition departments. Now with Insperity, a small business advisor here in Connecticut, Bill meets with C-Suite executives and serves as a consultant for internal operations by way of Insperity’s Professional Employer Organization.

Mike Detuzzi is a lifelong Connecticut resident with a passion for doing his part to help see the community thrive by way of small business success. He has been active in the Human Resources and payroll space for just over 12 years, mostly with ADP serving in both sales and management positions.
