Mark Moeller is a nationally recognized food + restaurant consultant based in Westport. Embracing a hands-on consultancy philosophy and an entrepreneurial spirt, Mark is able to provide profitable & executable solutions to private equity, owners and operators alike. He specializes in launching new restaurants/bars along with turnarounds for struggling or financially distressed operations. Mark has been a partner in 4 restaurants. He is a graduate of Johnson & Wales University in Providence, RI.
Ken Roffe is a senior level executive with broad management, interim management, and consulting experience. Known for strategy development and tactical business plan execution, Ken has worked in over 25 industries includingrestaurant management roles with Bob Evans Restaurants, Ponderosa Steakhouses, and The Ground Round. He has managed his own business development consulting company for 25 years, started three businesses, and volunteered as a SCORE Mentor for the past six years.
Steven Semaya is an entrepreneur and business consultant with experience in strategy, operations and business development. As Owner and GM, he developed restaurant concepts, business plans and design for Strada 18 and Boulevard 18 in Norwalk and New Canaan, respectively. He managed budget, administration, contract negotiations, infrastructure, operations and staff for both. He is currently Founder/Principal of Optimum Partners and an Entrepreneur-in Residence at the Ferguson Library in Stamford.
