Julio Casiano is the Deputy District Director for the Connecticut District Office of the U.S. SBA. Julio began his banking career as a credit analyst with Bankers Trust in New York City. After moving to Connecticut in 1986, Julio worked for various banks in a wide range of key management roles. In the ensuing years, Julio has dedicated much of his professional energy to urban business development throughout Connecticut. He holds a Masters of Science and an MBA from Albertus Magnus College
