Renata Papadopoulos is the Founder of Lovely Cakes, which specializes in custom, sculptured cakes made from the finest ingredients for celebrations from birthdays to weddings.
Renata combines techniques from her Brazilian background with skills learned at the French Culinary Institute. Renata has competed and won on the Food Network's Cake Wars. Lovely Cakes has also received multiple awards, including Brides Magazine's America's Most Beautiful Cake award and The Knot's Best of Weddings award.
