First time for this meditation experience?  No problem!  Owner, Tina Hallett, and the Urban Meditation team will guide us to relax, enjoy and feel comfortable in their lava rock studio with all the tools to bring the body and mind to a meditative state.  Come as you are and dressed comfortably in casual attire.  Accessories such as blankets, pillows, and bolsters are provided for comfort.  Light snacks and beverages will be provided.  Pricing would include our private event and additionally a one-week pass of unlimited classes following our event.  Join us as we relax, rejuvenate & recharge.  We look forward to seeing you!
