We are planning to meet VIRTUALLY on Zoom in OCTOBER AND DECEMBER. We are tentatively planning to hold the February and May QECs in an hybrid format with an IN-PERSON AND VIRTUAL option. We will be following recommendations from the CDC for any and all in-person meetings. More details to come.
Registration Fees
Registration fee include Two Remaing QEC meetings in the Content Area You Register For.
Fees are based on whether you will participate in the full day QEC from 10:00am-2:30pm that includes two topical areas OR the 1/2 day QEC option that you can choose to attend in the morning OR afternoon that includes one topical area.
Half Day Registration will include the one content area and one time frame you select when registering.
Registrations can not be mixed between days and/or content areas. If you want to attend two different QECs on two different days for half days sessions, you must register under the Half Day Registration price. If you want to attend two different QECs for full day, you must register for two different QECs for the full day registration price.

2021 - 2022 Quality Enrichment Circles
As we continue to experience unprecedented times, the need to attend the QECs and network with your colleagues is more important than ever! During the meetings we will talk and share ideas insights and strategies to help each other solve problems and develop a common practice or approach to your content area. The agenda will be designed by you and what you need from the meeting. While implications and new strategies that have arisen and are still ever-changing due to the COVID and the new delta variant, these challenges will be at the center of most discussions, however, we will also be including additional important topical areas that need to be discussed not around COVID-19.
The 2021-2022 Quality Enrichment Circles (QEC’s) are going to be held FOUR times during the calendar year. QECs will meet in October, December, February and May. We are planning to meet VIRTUALLY in OCTOBER AND DECEMBER. We are tentatively planning to hold the February and May QECs in an hybrid format with an IN-PERSON AND VIRTUAL option. We will be following recommendations from the CDC for any and all in-person meetings. The QECs this year will have a fun new twist because we are dividing them into TWO separate meetings focusing on two different focus content areas on the same day. Participants can choose to come for the entire day OR they can come for just the morning session or the afternoon session OR they can mix and match between days and content areas! The morning meeting will meet from 10:00am—12:30pm and the afternoon meeting will meet on the same day from 12:00pm—2:30pm. The two meetings on the same day will overlap in time between 12:00pm—12:30pm where participants will be encouraged to eat their lunch while watching a motivational and inspiring video.
QECs will continue to meet regionally in the South, Central and Chicago.
