2015 Tri-State CLMA Conference 

 

The Tri-State CLMA Conference will start on Friday, August 28th at Sanford Research Center and continue through the morning of Saturday, August 29th at Holiday Inn City Center in Sioux Falls, South Dakota.  

This event provides vendors, such as yourself, with an excellent opportunity to connect and interact with the region's laboratory leaders who have significant decision-making and purchasing responsibilities in their respective organizations.  

This event is geared towards attendees that are aspiring, emerging and experienced laboratory leaders.  During each general session, attendees will be able to choose from 2 topics that will help enahnce their laboratory leadership knowledge. On Friday, attendees will be able to do some valuable networking, visit vendor exibits during lunch and also attend a fun dinner and keynote that evening. Saturday morning, attendees will enjoy breakfast and several more educational sessions at the Holiday Inn City Center, before the meeting ends at noon.  

 

Exhibit Details:

Exhibit area will be open to attendees from 9 am to 5:30 pm on Friday, August 28th only. Dedicated exhibit viewing time will occur during the lunch break on Friday from 12 pm to 4 pm, as well as a game for raffle prizes to guide the attendees to visit vendor booths.   

Each exhibit space shall include pipe and drape, one 8 ft. skirted table, 2 chairs, wifi internet access, and electrical access (if needed please note on registration form).

Vendor set up times are: August 27th from 12-5 pm and August 28th from 8-9 am

Registraton Fees

  • 1 Vendor Booth (2 lunches included):                $400
  • 2 Vendor Booths (4 lunches included):              $600
  • 1 Vendor Booth + Truck (3 lunches included):   $600
  • 2 Vendor Booths + Truck (5 lunches included):  $800
  • Vendor Truck Only (2 lunches included):            $400

Other Opportunities for Vendor Support:  

There are several other opportunities for vendors to support our conference. All of these options are available in the registration form. If you are unable to attend but would still like to support the conference, please contact Cortnee Else, Conference Co-Chair: celse@childrensomaha.org

  • Provide speakers that focus on topics in one of the many areas of laboratory leadership.  
  • Support coffee breaks 
  • Support the attendee lunch break or dinner on Friday
  • Provide prizes for the attendee raffle  

Hotel Details:

If you wish to stay overnight, a block of 60 rooms has been reserved for the conference at the Holiday Inn Sioux Falls City Center, 100 W. 8th Street, Sioux Falls, SD.

Rooms must be reserved, on or before July 28th, 2015.

To make reservations by phone, dial (605) 339-2000, you must identify yourself as being part of the Clinical Laboratory Management Association Group in order to receive the special group rate of $94 per room.
