2017 Tri-State CLMA Conference 

 

The Tri-State CLMA Conference will start on Monday, August 14th at 9:00 a.m. CST and continue through the morning of Wednesday, August 16th with dedicated vendor hours from 10:30 am to 2:00 pm on Tuesday, August 15th at Sanford Research Center in Sioux Falls, SD.   

This event provides vendors, such as yourself, with an excellent opportunity to connect and interact with the region's laboratory leaders who have significant decision-making and purchasing responsibilities in their respective organizations.  

This event is geared towards attendees that are aspiring, emerging and experienced laboratory leaders.   Attendees can sign-up for a pre-conference Leadership Workshop.  Tuesday is the highlight of the conference with lots of valuable networking and interaction at the vendor exhibits and a fun vendor social, dinner and keynote that evening at the Holiday Inn City Center. Wednesday morning, attendees will enjoy breakfast and several more educational sessions before the meeting concludes.  During each general session, attendees will be able to choose from 2 topics that will help enhance their laboratory leadership knowledge.

 

Exhibit Details:

The Exhibit area will be open to attendees for a dedicated time from 10:30 am to 2 pm on Tuesday, August 15th as well as a game for raffle prizes to encourage the attendees to visit vendor booths.   This year we are excited to include a free Vendor Social on the agenda from 6-7 pm before the Keynote Dinner (tickets purchased separately) on Tuesday evening at the Holiday Inn, offering additional interaction time with the meeting attendees! 

Each exhibit space shall include pipe and drape, one 8 ft. skirted table, 2 chairs, wifi internet access, and electrical access (THIS MUST BE NOTED ON THE REGISTRATION FORM).

Vendor set up time is from 7:30-10:30 am Tuesday, August 15th.

• 1 Vendor Booth ( up to 2 lunches included):                $475
• 2 Vendor Booths (up to 4 lunches included):               $675
• 1 Vendor Booth + Truck ( up to 3 lunches included):   $675
• Vendor Truck Only ( up to 2 lunches included):           $475

There are several other opportunities for vendors to support our conference. All of these options are available in the registration form. Promote your company and support the conference:

• Provide speakers that focus on topics in one of the many areas of laboratory leadership.

• Your booth registration fee supports attendee raffle prizes provided by the conference committee. 

 

Hotel Details:

If you wish to stay overnight, a block of 60 rooms has been reserved for the conference at the Holiday Inn Sioux Falls City Center, 100 W. 8th Street, Sioux Falls, SD. 

Rooms must be reserved, on or before July 15, 2017
