Frequently Asked Questions
What meals are included with my package? The Expo Crop 2011 meals include a late night snack on Friday with coffee, tea, water bottles and assorted snacks of biscotti, pastries, fresh fruit, and assorted cheeses; Saturday croppers will have the full Embassy Suites breakfast buffet and a dinner with the choice of chicken, pasta or salmon, and on Sunday the breakfast buffet again and a lunch with the choice of chicken or turkey club sandwich, burger or vegetable panini.
Will I be seated with my crop buddies? YES, please list those you would like to be seated with on your registration or a group name.
When is the balance due? The final balance is due on April 29, 2011. You will get a reminder email with the total you owe and can pay by check or credit card.
What other costs are there? Your meals listed above are included along with snacks, prize tickets, make-n-takes , cropping space, and hotel taxes. Bring extra money for any supplies purchased from the vendors, class fees, hotel amenities, massages or reflexology appointments. The Embassy Suites does not have complimentary wireless access; however you may use the business center on-site.
Any suggestions on what to bring?
- Bring any scrapbooking or stamping supplies, materials and projects you want to work with
- pictures and your camara
- a covered coffee or drink mug
- overnight supplies, toiletries, pajamas, slippers, and maybe even your swimming suit....
- we suggest you wear layers of clothing as we keep the room at an average temperature...
- shopping money for our excellent vendor booths, massages and reflexology
- earphones if you bring your own IPOD or MP3 player
What hours will the cropping room be open?
The crop begins at 11:00 am on Friday and ends at 5:00 pm on Sunday! We may close and lock the cropping room when the last person leaves which is usually around 3:30 a.m.and reopen at 6:30 a.m.
