    Frequently Asked Questions 

    What meals are included with my all-inclusive package?     All meals from Friday dinner thru Sunday breakfast.

    What size table and space will I have?     Everyone will have a minimum of 4 foot table space for the weekend with large spacious aisles for your rolling carts and bags.   It will not be crowded.   Groups may bring a small additional table for shared items (like a personal cricut machine).

      Will I be seated with my crop buddies?   YES,  please list those you would like to be seated with on your registration or a group name.  

    What other costs are there?       This is an all-inclusive package!        Your meals, snacks, prize tickets, make-n-takes , cropping space, and hotel taxes are all included in your package.    Bring extra money for any supplies purchased from the vendors, class fees,  massages or reflexology appointments.     

    Any suggestions on what to bring? 

    •  Bring any scrapbooking or stamping supplies, materials and projects you want to work with
    • desk lamp (electric is free to your table group)
    • pictures and your camera
    • your own stash of snacks & water bottles (although we will have a snack station, coffee and soda)
    • a covered coffee or drink mug to refill at the coffee station
    • overnight supplies, toiletries, pajamas, slippers, and don't forget your linens:  sheets, blankets, and pillow!
    • comfortable shoes for walking at camp -- it is a short walk to the dining hall and cabins but it is outside!
    •  we suggest you wear layers of clothing as we keep the room at an average temperature...
    • shopping money  for our excellent vendor booths and massages
    • earphones if you bring your own IPOD or MP3 player

     What hours will the cropping room be open?         You can crop from 10:30 am on Friday until 4 pm on Sunday! 

    Where can I park my car?     Most of the cars will be parked near the sleeping cabins.   You will be able to unload your car near the crop room and then park by the cabins.
