Will I be seated with my crop buddies? YES, please list those you would like to be seated with on your registration.
Is there someone to help me unload my stuff? YES , there are doorman available at all times to assist you!! They can deliver your "stuff" right to your crop table!
When is the balance due? The final balance is due on July 19, 2012. You will get a reminder email with the total you owe and can pay by mailing a check or credit card.
What other costs are there? Your meals listed above are included along with snacks, prize tickets, make-n-takes , cropping space, and hotel taxes. Bring extra money for any supplies purchased from the vendors, class fees, hotel amenities, massages or reflexology appointments. Hamilton Park has complimentary wireless internet and computer stations.
Suggestions on what to bring?
- Bring scrapbooking or stamping supplies, materials and projects pictures & your camara
- a covered coffee or drink mug
- overnight supplies, toiletries, pajamas, slippers, swimming suit....
- we suggest you wear layers of clothing as we keep the room at an average temperature...
- shopping money for our excellent vendor booths, massages and reflexology
- earphones if you bring your own IPOD or MP3 player
What hours will the cropping room be open?
The crop room will be open from Friday 9 am until Sunday 5 pm. with early bird set-up from 8pm - 11 pm on Thursday.
